1999
- The new compact Macs, Dan Knight, Mac Musings. Apple encouraged us to think different, so here are some different thoughts on low end modular and compact Macs.
2002
- 200 MHz production work, OS 9.2 and CD-ROM drivers for clones, Charles W. Moore, Miscellaneous Ramblings. Using older Power Macs and clones for production work, drivers for non-Apple CD-ROMs, and Mac OS 9.2 on clones.
- Good news, bad news, and PayPal, Dan Knight, Mac Musings. Our bank recovers our stolen money, but PayPal turns around and takes it again.
- Mac design: Little room for improvement, Kevin Webb, The Mac Webb. Apple's hardware designs are so good, it's hard to imagine where they'll be able to make the next improvement.
2003
- Extinction of the hacker, Jeff Adkins, The Lite Side. "...in the year 2004, a company called Microsoft finally succeeded in deliberately - yes, deliberately - eliminating the hacker species from our planet."
2005
- Retired Power Mac G3 gets a new lease on life, Adam Robert Guha, Apple Archive. The old blue-and-white G3 may seem slow by contemporary standards, but for someone with no computer at all, it's a real treat.
- Arizona school goes iBook, using your 'Book as a WiFi access point, LoJack for laptops, and more, The 'Book Review. Also new clock device reduces power consumption, Apple's new care and handling page, replacing your PowerBook's lost feet, bargain 'Books from $100 to $2,299, and more.
- iMac G5 repair extension, 3.5" drive on mini's bus, FastMac G4 upgrade price drop, Radeon 9600 Pro, and more, Mac News Review. Also Yellow Dog Linux on Mercury Computers, Iomega MiniMax drive, DVI/USB 2.0 KVM, and Difusi's Mac mini case.

2009
- Is Google Apple's partner or competitor?, Frank Fox, Stop the Noiz. In Google's desire to remain independent of Microsoft, it is beginning to encroach on Apple territory. Google Voice is just the tip of the iceberg.
- Tiger on Pismo, LC III just died, installing OS X 10.4 on a DVD free Mac, and more, Charles W Moore, Miscellaneous Ramblings. Also problems with Target Disk Mode on Pismo, Mac OS 9 app and extension recommendations, powering your 'Book on the road, and more.
2010
- Macs in the UK: Apple has become mainstream, Jason Walsh, Mac Life. For a long time, Macs were viewed as computers for 'creativies', but thanks to the iMac, iPod, and iPhone, Apple is now mainstream.
- Pismo won't boot from hard drive, Firefox 4 requirements, extending USB mouse range, and more, Charles W Moore, Charles Moore's Mailbag. Also looking for a SCSI-to-ethernet adapter and information of original software for vintage Macs.
