under $4,000 using older Power Macs.
- Upgrading a Power Mac, using 2
mice at once, older Macs for college, and hacking Apple's CD
driver, Charles W Moore, Miscellaneous Ramblings. Upgrades give
7200/200 new lease on life, possible solution to "2 mice at once"
problem, value of abandoned Power Macs, and making Apple's CD
driver work with third-party drives.
2003
- Mac virus writers return from
extended cruise, Jeff Adkins, The Lite Side. "Earlier that day
I received a mysterious phone call at my tech support hotline that

fixed ASAP."
2008
- There's still a
place for G3 Macs in the Age of Leopard, John Hatchett, Recycled
Computing. Whether it's a sage iMac or a Pismo PowerBook, G3 Macs can
be very productive with Mac OS X 10.4 'Tiger'.
- Bring back the
Macintosh Portable, Charles W Moore, 'Book Value. Not to fault
today's MacBooks, but there's something to be said for a no compromise,
very expandable, portable Macintosh as well.
- Antique Macs are still
useful computers, Charles W Moore, From the MacCave. Charles Moore's
first online article looks at the utility of compact Macs - and
foreshadows his longterm affection for PowerBooks.
- Joomla and WordPress highly

- Show some love for
